Conine All-Star Golf Committee
The Conine All-Star Golf Committee was created more than a quarter century ago when the Conine All-Star Golf Classic was founded. The Committee serves to steer the direction of the annual event through its experience and knowledge of both the game of golf and philanthropy. Founded by South Florida business leader and developer, Howard Zimmerman, an immediate friendship developed with Florida Marlin baseball player, Jeff Conine. Through their combined resources, the Conine All-Star Golf Classic is the longest-running charity golf event in the state of Florida. Mr. Zimmerman has since passed but his memory and achievement are honored at the event each year.
The Conine All-Star Golf Committee guides the annual golf classic which raises funds to support the operation of the Conine Clubhouse at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood, Fl.
